This year's event will be hosted in conjunction with the <a href="https://www.lovelandwaterandpower.org/?navid=686">Sunday Farmer's Market</a> at Fairgrounds Park. Shop the market for all your fresh food needs after enjoying Trek!&nbsp;</div><div dir="auto">&nbsp;</div><div dir="auto">Trek the Thompson is a fun interactive event that aims to educate participants about the Big Thompson River and watershed. We will explore the role of the river as important habitat for wildlife, a recreation area, and a source for clean drinking water, among many other benefits. </div><div dir="auto">&nbsp;</div><div dir="auto">The festival features hands-on activities for all ages at  stations hosted by Loveland Open Lands &amp; Trails, Big Thompson Watershed Coalition, Northern Water Conservancy, Wildlands Restoration Volunteers, Rocky Mountain Flycasters, Loveland Fire Rescue, and many others.
