How to enroll

Follow these steps to start receiving paperless bills:

Log in to myaccount.lovgov.org.
Go to Profile > Account List.
Check the box for Paperless Bills.
Click Update Account Settings.

Done! Your next bill will arrive digitally.

Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility: Open to all Loveland Utilities customers. Customers who enroll in both Paperless Billing and AutoPay will be automatically enrolled. Customers already enrolled in both services are automatically entered. All others may enter the contest by visiting myaccount.lovgov.org for enrollment info on paperless and AutoPay.
Entry Period:
- March Drawing—Entries must be complete by March 31.
- April Drawing—Entries must be complete by April 30.
- May Drawing—Entries must be complete by May 31.
Prizes: Two $250 utility bill credits awarded each month.
Winner Selection: Random drawing at the end of each month.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email and credit applied to their utility account.
Limitations: One prize per account during the sweepstakes period.
No Purchase Necessary: Enrollment is free. Customers who elect Paperless Billing and AutoPay are automatically entered.

Q: How do I know if I’m enrolled in Paperless Billing?
A: Log in to your account and check under Profile > Account List. If the Paperless Bills box is checked, you’re enrolled.

Q. Do I need AutoPay to go paperless?
A: No, but enrolling in both makes you eligible for the sweepstakes and ensures hassle-free payments. Plus, there are no service fees when you set up AutoPay with a checking or savings account.
