How to enroll

Follow these steps to start receiving paperless bills:

  1. Log in to myaccount.lovgov.org
  2. Go to Profile > Account List.
  3. Check the box for Paperless Bills.
  4. Click Update Account Settings

Done! Your next bill will arrive digitally.

A: Log in to your account and check under Profile > Account List. If the Paperless Bills box is checked, you’re enrolled.

A: No, but enrolling in both makes you eligible for the sweepstakes and ensures hassle-free payments. Plus, there are no service fees when you set up AutoPay with a checking or savings account. 

Q. How will I receive my bill?
A: You’ll get an email notification when your bill is ready. You can view it anytime online.

Q. Can I switch back to paper bills later?
A: Yes, you can update your preferences anytime in your Profile.

Q: What if I change my email address?
A: Update your email in Profile to continue receiving notifications.
