Budget Billing allows you to spread your utility costs evenly throughout the year, making it easier to manage your monthly budget.

Budget Billing is currently unavailable due to technical updates. We're working to restore this program as soon as possible. We will announce when Budget Billing becomes available again. 

What is Budget Billing?

• Predictable payments: Your monthly bill is based on an average of your past usage, so you pay about the same amount each month.
• No surprises: Avoid seasonal spikes in your utility bill.
• Easy to manage: Great for households that prefer consistent budgeting.

How it works (when available)

• We calculate your average monthly usage over the past 12 months.
• Your payment amount is adjusted periodically to reflect actual usage.
• At the end of the program year, any balance due or credit will be settled. 

Eligibility

• Residential customers with at least 12 months of billing history.
• Account must be in good standing.

Title companies can request a final utility estimate for property closings using our online form. 

Important: This is not a request to start or stop utility service. 

Returned checks (including e-Checks and paper checks) will incur a returned payment fee.

Multiple returned checks may result in loss of check payment privileges.

Third-party notification alerts another person (such as landlord or property manager) that your utilities may soon be shut off. The third party receives notification, but is not responsible for paying the bill. This service often prevents unnecessary shut-offs.

• Consider AutoPay to avoid missed payments.
